Came in here towards the end of the day for a sit down and drink. Ordered two doughnuts a hot chocolate and a latte. I was surprised by the fact it was cheaper than costa coffee. Nice drinks and doughnuts would come here again.

Oh how this Krispy Kremes has changed. It is tired and worn wall fixed tables have food stuck along the sides and wood chips missing from them. The Mens lavatory has had the seat broken and a wrong size smaller seat fixed so your legs and touching urine unless you spend the time to clear it all first. The staff member named Anwar was so busy talking at the counter edge when we busted to a man and his wife he left the girl who was working with him to do all the serving. The people he was talking to the lady leaned off the counter with her legs stuck out in the way whilst her husband stood near the bathroom entrance and were soon joined by there children who further just stood in everyone’s way whilst they held a good 25 min conversation. Very unprofessional. Krispy Kremes corporate can review this no doubt in there CCTV recordings. The donuts them selves are the same as always thank god they are made of site and only delivered. In all the years we have been going here the one thing all staff members mention is that the head office doesn’t know whether to spend the money and do it up or to let the lease go, maybe they should make there mind up.

We visited here for a quick milkshake whilst walking around the shopping centre a few weeks back. I must say that it was amazing… absolutely delicious, probably the most calorific thing in the world but 100% worth it occasionally. I had the standard strawberry milkshake where as my partner had a more premium one which according to her was equally as incredible. Yummy!

This could be easily a family favourite. The only thing that’s missing is updated furniture. A bit of varnish on the tables to take the sadness away.

i came today and got served by a lady i haven’t seen before . as i was ordering she was looking me up and down , and asked me if my hair was real, i was wearing hair extensions. i explained to her very kindly and she grabbed my hair and started feeling it very aggressively , saying it feels synthetic and doesn’t match me at all. i politely asked her to stop until she went as far as ripping one of my extensions out of my head and holding it up to her own hair saying it would suit her much better. the woman was disrespectful, aggressive and very rude. ruined my whole day, after that i took it out her beefy hands and left the store and i won’t be returning. i could tell this woman was new and she clearly shouldn’t work in a service industry acting like that.

Had my regular visit here earlier today, never again from now! There was a new staff member i haven’t seen before, but i used to see her at Bubble Citea, pretty sure she’s the same woman. Couldn’t see her name tag or anything, some big girl who’s new there. First i walked in and she gave me and my 2 little girls the meanest looks. I went to order as per usual and got served by a different woman. I sat down with my children and heard this lady speaking bad about me, saying i’m an only father and my children look like i kidnapped them. She was saying this all in a different language that i understood perfectly. So unprofessional, the woman should be sacked .
