Customers waiting inside should not be kept waiting half hour plus. Uber eats and drive through are prioritised ahead of walk in customers. Expand your kitchen and staff to meet demand. Not a good way to treat customers.

Fantastic store! One crew member by the name of samurai is the best McDonald’s worker ever!!! Aaaaahhhhh what a guy. Made my year he did. He works out too so that always helps having a fellow big dog working there. Should be manager if you ask me. Big up my guy.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Never get the food correct and the staff don't know what customer service is. McD's headoffice should get them trained up to do the job not just give them a uniform and expect them to know how to serve properly. Check if they can count and read might be a good idea as they get a job.

Really disappointed with this McDonald’s and will actively avoid and use school road McDonald’s in future as they have much better food and customer service. This McDonald’s often has horrific queues and wait times with questionable food and flat fizzy drinks. This time I ordered a large meal with a large fizzy drink and after waiting for 15 minutes in the click and serve bay (too long for ‘fast food’ with little queues) I was brought over the food and a can of Coke?! I asked why this was and yet again the fizzy drink machine is broken - a common theme at this McDonald’s and a problem that takes months to fix for some reason?!?! When I questioned why I had paid for a large fizzy drink and had been given less, I was told they would speak to manager. When the server returned he said there was nothing he could do and told me to ring the store. I did this on my return to home to find a manager called Lauren state that ‘everything is subject to availability’ - I corrected her and stated that the McDonald’s had falsely advertised a larger amount and given me less: this is a violation of the trade descriptions act. She couldn’t care less and gave me McDonald’s head office number. Head office immediately apologised and said they had no idea why this McDonald’s would argue over a large fizzy drink?!? She could have simply said next time you come you can have one or substituted the amount we were missing for something else. Voucher was sent to cover the costs and a lesson for me to avoid this McDonald’s in the future.

Typical McDonald's. Very fast service considering the volume of people. Professional staff. Good accessibility for disabled. Very rare to see mistakes. Sometimes the burgers will come out cold at busier times.
