We came in yesterday for my son's 13th birthday as he wanted to go for dinner with his friends. There were 9 of us altogether and the staff were super sweet about sitting the 6 teens at a booth and myself, my husband, and my daughter at a table close by. They kindly allowed us to bring in a cake which they held in the back for us and brought out after we'd all finished eating. The member of staff who took our order was really patient and sweet even though I was having to order for so many, she didn't seem irritated or impatient with me at all. The food order came to less than we were expecting and had budgeted for, and the portions were really great sizes, we all left very satisfied. The wait staff were really kind and attentive, came and took our plates when we were done and again were lovely about the sheer amount of us. The staff then put the candles and topper on the cake and brought it out for us whilst singing happy birthday, and brought over some smaller plates with spoons and a knife so that I could cut and serve the cake for us all. The staff were also really sweet and talking to us about my son and his birthday, said kind things about him and his friends, and were generally just super friendly. My husband and I both agreed that it was an amazing experience and that we would absolutely go back, and my son and his friends all said they loved the food and had a great time - even one friend was a vegetarian and he said he was pleased with the vegetarian options considering it is a chicken restaurant. Overall, we will absolutely be back again and will be recommending to friends to visiting Nandos Telford. Its not my first experience in a Nandos by a long way, but it was definitely the best experience I've had. Thank you.Vegetarian options: There's a beanie burger/wrap/pitta option, imitator chicken options, tofu options, definitely a good range of options if you have a member in your party who can't/doesn't eat meat.Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old daughter was with us and had a wrap meal with my chips, I ordered it extra mild as she doesn't like spice, and she really enjoyed it. She didn't finish it as the portion is large, but for the price I'm not complaining. She left happy with a full tummy and that's the most important thing!

Sorry guys for long story in here but I would like to shared, Today after work We decided to have a nice dinner out as Family, with two young kids and we been to this Nando’s quite few times, but this time we had terrible service, been ordered and been waiting 35 Minutes and I just stopped one of their staff and he said I will find out and gone and come back he said 10 more minutes! And after we been waiting 20 minutes and still NO! And again I asked one of the staff can I speak to your Manager and she said of course but despaired!!! No manager!! I got angry and I went to find Manager my self! Sorry guys I am not racist but I just wanted to clear for everyone, Asian looking guy name is (Jam) really bad attitude, if your a manger you need to get trained to improve your management skills and you need to improve how to deal with angry customers, and difficult situations, Manager need to have passion, and I don’t think your a really good manger for such a busy Restaurant, sorry guys this is from my own experience because I had my own restaurant for 7 years, and currently I am a sales Manager in a very busy and massive car trades.! MANGER WAS RUDE, DID NOT DEAL THE SITUATION Professionally, answering Rude, not having passion, answering back very rude.

We went yesterday evening after the Cinema. I had the 1/2 chicken with peri chips and rainbow coleslaw and it was good. I like how many different sauces they have to try! My only criticism is that the extra hot option isn’t spicy at all! I was lathering mine in the “extra extra hot” sauce which also wasn’t very spicy. I would prefer to regret my decisions and cause myself considerable lasting pain but sadly, this wasn’t possible. Good food and atmosphere though

We ordered food and my friend is a huge fan of bbq sauce she requested it like most places when you eat out and they charged her 95p for this yet your other Nando’s sauces in huge bottles being used by everyone is free !! I tried explaining how much of a rip off and a joke this is and the idiot bloke in his shirt so I’m guessing a manager was quite rude and not very helpful all he cared about was are we paying cash or card we had already spent way over 60 more between 4 of us and yet begrudged her a tiny bbq sauce complete joke to top things off tables were never cleared so when I ordered dessert I was basically eating with my dinner plates still in front of me the waiters should use common sense that when your bringing over desert clearly the main menu plates need removing just common sense worst experience in dining out I’ve ever had I can’t fault the food it was lovely but some of the other points need hugely improving before I’d return.
