Called today just before 12 noon. Friendly greeting shown to our table. Had assistance with ordering and everything was perfect. Well done Pizza Hut Telford. We really enjoyed our food.

I had to come and write a review on here because the staff here were just brilliant last night. So friendly, cheerful and helpful and seemed to really want us to have a good time. We haven't been to Pizza Hut for years and it definitely made us want to go back. Great pizza, too!

Service was excellent. Better than a lot of non chain restaurants. Food was better then expected and the restaurant was clean and well organised. Whoever the manger is is doing a great job with their team.

It was busy but staff were brilliant. Especially the front lady, friendly but everytime you looked she was busy doing something, and even though was rushed off her feet still had time to have a quick friendly chat. Pizzas coming out regularly and fresh, toilets were spotless despite how busy it was.

Find and drink has to be ordered by phone via a QR code despite there being table service. So impersonal. The restaurant is cashless. Like many other people I would rather use cash. The table and chairs we shown to were dirty, I swapped the chairs as the waiting staff were largely redundant (see above). The food was OK and overpriced.

Took the family out for lunch at Pizza Hut. The pizza was great, salad bar was well top up. The only thing that disappoint me was the lack of customer service, being pushed to order via the app etc no really traditional customer service of taking the order etc.

We were seated quickly and efficiently, the online ordering system was also nice and easy. Service was good we were brought our glasses , bowls and plates ready to select from the buffet. There was a good selection of food and drink available.
