Not the cheapest of petrol stations and given its location, not the easiest to access!Clean and tidy forecourt with a decent number of pumps available.Well stocked shop. EV charge points are also available.Staff are all friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Never have I been to garage that would refuse to sell a drink just because he couldn’t be bothered to walk across the shop to get it

Attended this station on a sunday as all my local shops were already closed. Purchased some milk, got home and made a cup of tea. Took 2 sips and immediately began vomiting. looked in my cup to see the milk had curdled and when i checked the bottle of milk it was already 2 days out of date. This is absolutely disgusting, any out of date dairy products should not be sold to customers let alone still be on the shelves. Will never be purchasing anything from this station again.

At 1.45 today I ran out of petrol and had to pull over on the slip road leading to Stirchley roundabout. I walked to the garage and bought a petrol canister. I’d never used one before. The female member of staff was very kind and helpful. The male staff member filled the canister for me then drove me in his own car back to mine and put the petrol in for me. I wasn’t feeling well and felt really useless but they were so lovely and went above and beyond. I hope the manager sees this post and can passes on my thanks.

It is looking so shabby now - litter and rubbish scattered everywhere.
Absolutely lovely staff and keeping toilets open for keyworkers. Very grateful thank you

First time used today and the last. Was advised there was a cash point here. I asked where it was and the cashier snapped " there isn't "Poor customer service

As a regular user of Shell sevice stations I can say the washroom facilities were appalling. The rest was well up to standard and assistant very helpful.

Bloody rude staff. Called to ask if they sold flowers, never gave me a chance to ask anything, and Asian voice said "yes we have fuel" and put the phone down!!! not once but 3 times! this was 30.09.21 at 9pm I wonder who's shift that was! Will find out and pursue a complaint about this individual.

This so called garage !! Is one of the most expensive garage's in Telford for fuel !! Anyone using this garage for motor fuel most have plenty of money when less than two miles away you have Sainsbury's & Asda petrol stations available !! Your choice good luck .. also the automatic car wash is out of order !! And the robbing garage also charge's £1. For air .....
