Previous reviews say it all! HARI is the rudest person here. Refused to give me my yodel parcel multiple times. Told him I wasn't leaving without it when I was told to go away and come back tomorrow. Calls himself a manager but I strongly doubt that with his disgusting customer service skills! Eventually decided he wanted to find my parcel and give it me. He raised it above his head and bought it down with force towards me as if he was trying to hit me with it. Stupid man didn't expect me to argue back, refuse to leave or laugh at his aggressiveness did he! I'd highly recommend staying away from this petrol station! Absolutely disgusting!

Hires the rudest staff, never accept parcels for Yodel drop off, been after 3pm and asked to come before 3pm, tried before 7am to be told to come back after 10am.This is after the staff member finished the video/game on his phone, and huffed and puffed that I couldn’t hear him as he wasn’t speaking to me directlyComplaint made but nothing done about it. Just avoid the store all together. Staff shouldn’t be in a customer facing roleWould have given no stars if possible

Awful manners from members of staff who have refused to accept parcels on multiple occasions with what sounds like made up excuses each time. This should not really appear on yodel as a drop off option. Will not be returning and will not receive my custom for petrol or any other services.

These guys need to learn some manners. I don't know who they think they are. Stick to only selling petrol guys! Maybe learn some manners too.

I sometimes stop off at this petrol station about 530 in morning to get a drink and food for work . 4 times now I've picked the items off the shelve and stupid worker who works there instead of serving me at the till , carried on stacking the shelves up . Another time he was he was picking up the litter outside and seen me waiting there at the till ready to pay for my things . There was other people queuing up waiting to pay for fuel behind me and he just carried on doing something else . I said come on mate I'm waiting here I'll be later for work in a bit , and don't bother picking up any parcels here as they have not got a clue . 15 mind one day waiting for a parcel and they was saying it wasn't there . When clearly it said on my phone it been delivered. Managed to find my parcel in the end as it was right underneath there eyes .

On the whole a good garage that sells a mixture of groceries hot drinks snacks as well ad fuel but only down side they decide to clean the forecourt at peak times,splashing your car with jet spray water and muck off their forecourt

I like this fuel station. They serve vended coffee, food, and groceries. Fuel is reasonably priced and staff pleasant. There is a jet wash but you'll need tokens. Free cash point is useful.

Twice we have walked to take a parcel. Its over 2 miles each way but you are the nearest. First time we were told it wasnt available at that time. 2nd time told the parcel is too big. Just dont bother offering the service if you cant be bothered to actually do it properly. What a joke
