Need to update opening times, however I've been here on a Saturday before and it was open at half 9 so no clue why staff are implying 10o'clock, unless it's a recent change that's been made. Frappuccino is delicious and always a nice cold refreshment but unfortunately couldn't get one today.

Starbucks is great coffee. A reputation for being a premium coffee and people are happy to pay extra. I can say, being a coffee lover that there is a significant difference between Starbuck and their main rivals, no names mentioned.
Plenty of seating available, great for sitting and chatting before watching a film. Nice little bonus of discount with the Cineworld unlimited card for those that are within cinema buildings. Staff are polite and friendly, especially when open late for the midnight releases and double bills at the cinema.

One very nice customer service girl, one not to nice. She was abrupt and unfriendly therefore I made it known I wasn’t best pleased and I have reason to believe I was served a little extra in my hot chocolate as I was stupid enough to find a table to sit down while it was being made. As we finished and walked away to watch our film I saw her telling her colleague which included her putting her index finger on each nostril. Needless to say I won’t be returning to that branch!

An amazing place to study or relax. The staff here are amazing and you can always taste the love in the drinks. The only downside is that the tables can be a little dirty from time to time but other than that everything is great!
