Absolutely shocking ! Will never get food from here again ordered 3 meals and one had a dietary requirement which meant this meal could have no cheese ! When the order arrived it was smothered in cheese. I tried to contact the store and no one could be bothered to answer the phone . Absolutely outrageous! Why have a number listed if not going to answer and clearly they cannot read.

I went into Subway, Lawley today. I was the only customer in the shop and I stood next to the counter to place my order. Neither the man or woman behind the counter acknowledged that I was there. They didn’t bother to say hello, that they wouldn’t be long, explain what they were doing and they made me feel very uncomfortable. I waited and was ignored for nearly 10 minutes then I left without being served and will not be returning there as I found their behaviour to be rude and unacceptable.

Very rude and had only just started my order when I was made to pay as well as this they barely but any cheese or salad on the sub and didn’t offer a bag which they normally do.

Visted subway today after been asked what bread and then getting asked twice ( in a very arsy manor ) That sub order I didn’t see it came with bacon so asked if I could swap that for ham and in a very arsy and unprofessional manor was told no u asked for this sandwich and getting told nope was aloud i did mange to have it taken off but cudnt change a extra meet on there Very very poor service won’t be returning any time soon

Amazing Customer service, was worried they may not have the infamous Meatballs on as it was nearing closing time. They had them ready and fresh even half hour before closing. Definitely recommend this shop for its cleanliness and customer experience.

Never delivered, refused to refund me with the person answering the phone being terse and very aggressive.\\nWhen I called back they refused to answer the phone and after calling 3 seperate times I called on a new phone, at which point they took my order and refunded me.\\nVery skeezy, very bad experience, overpriced but average food.
