I was blown away by this venue. We went for a tour regarding having it as our wedding venue. This place is amazing, the enchanted Gardens were more like the secret garden.Twin swings, pond, stepping stones, archways and much much more.fantastic photographic opportunities. The barn were you have the ceremony and your evening do,is amazing ?The marquee were your guest go on arrival has a bar and is beautifully set up.All I would say is please go see for yourself. The rooms all have a swing inside them and this is a 17th century building.Amazing place.Rooms: All have a swing inside them.

Attended wedding reception. Beautifully decorated Wedding Barn. Staff welcoming. Food fantastic. When our table pointed out that we had not served with one of our vegetables omission was quickly delt with and apology given.Noteworthy details: Good selection of beverages. Food very tasty well presented and service with a smile

This place has a great traditional pub vibe and some quirky features like the front door and the toilets. We stopped by for an evening meal. The starters (ham hock, soup of the day) and the mains (blade of beef & roast cauliflower steak) were both delicious and restaurant quality in their presentation. We chose the cheese board for dessert, which was nice but would have benefitted for some more interesting choices of cheese and/or being served with a couple of slices of cured meat.Would've been a 5-star review if not for the price of the wine. I do happen to really like Jam Shed Malbec, but to describe it as "Malbec Mendoza" in the menu and then charge £22 when we all know that it's £8 a bottle at Tesco seems a little cheeky. All said and done, we had a good meal and would come back again.

You may be reading this looking for a wedding venue, you cannot go wrong with The Hundred House. It’s a bit of a cliche saying it was the best day ever for me, but that wasn’t down to just me booking a wedding and having a party… The staff at this venue go above and beyond throughout the whole process. From planning, tasting sessions, the running of the actual day, EVERYTHING! The venue is stunning, the grounds marquee and barn are the perfect setting. And the hotel and staff were also great. I could not recommend this venue enough if you are looking.

The food was good and the service ok, but the old building and small rooms are cosy but can be a bit restricting.

This is a very nice country hotel. Winner of many awards for their hospitality and wedding venue.Nearby activities: Ironbridge and Bridgnorth are very close to many attractions and museums.

Great festive menu. The veggie option was a mushroom pie, one of the best Christmas dishes I've ever had.
