We went on New Years Eve but we had great service and the food was amazing. They do vegan options if you ask and they were delicious!!!!Vegetarian options: Veggie options labelled, ask for vegan options.Dietary restrictions: Very helpful if you have dietary requirements, just ask.

Awful experieence. We were a large group, so we got put upstairs, where it hadn’t been prepared and was freezing cold. After 1 hour the food came, rice, chips and Nann bread was stone cold. Friends chicken dish was undercooked and not fit for consumption, with no appology! When the bill came it was a bigger shock, when we all felt we had been over charged. When this was challenged, it was met with a bad attitude reaponse. Will never return and would not reccomemd to anyone ?

Always always have a great meal spiced to perfection and full of taste, we try to go at least a couple of times a month, lovely staff very friendly and helpful, so pleased to have this restaurant local to me. If we’re away and we have Indian food it is always measured against this place, it sets the standard me. My recommendation is to try the Pathia nom nom ?

Visited The Royal Balti for the first time tonight for a meal with my mom, can't wait to go back. I asked for a recommendation as I wanted to try something new and was so happy I did - the food was out of this world, so so good!!The staff were friendly and attentive, without being overbearing. Honestly couldn't fault anything.

Recommended by a friend who had been here, I had given up on ever having a decent curry in Telford especially where i live in Dawley, well the two meals we had delivered from here tonight were absolutely magnificent, full of taste spices and superb flavours, the chef here is at the top of his game, well done and thank you, I will be back for more.

We’ve had deliveries from you for several years. The quality of the food is deteriorating. It is now almost always cold-pot luck on getting a warm meal. Tonight was the worst by far for temperature- not sure it would pass food hygiene for temperature!!! The portion has been reduced by 50% since we ordered a week ago, sent the wrong product and not offered to rectify- as a customer of 5 years it’s a no from us and willl go elsewhere and share our experience of you won’t do anything to resolve it

My enjoyment of the visit was spoiled only by the staff trying to hurry us and by my companions sqabbling over money but credit to the staff they handled it well. Embarassing fo my wife and i .
