We went on a Sunday, so the main courses echoed the fashion for Carvery roasts, but were plentiful in quantity and of good quality.The starters were spectacular - if, for example, you're used to prawn cocktail being six prawns on half-a-wineglass of lettuce, you'll be surprised at the plate-full of prawns you get at the Bothy!We were too full to try the puddings, but other tables' servings looked good.The service is attentive while remaining discreet.

The food in this Restaurant is absolutely fabulous. Everything served was gorgeous. Starter, main and sweet alike. This is a Lovely clean Holiday Park.Everywhere is so well kept.A Lovely fishing lake is a bonus too.Friendly staff.The place is Spot on!The Food in the restaurant is to die for. The nicest food I've eaten for a while.Showers and toilets are spotless, warm with piped music.We will definitely return.Awesome place.Highly recommended. Beaconsfield and the Bothy Restaurant.
