Stopped here for coffees & McFlurries a couple of times in the week. The first-time service was a bit slow, aided by trouble with the drinks machine, and I saw flustered staff getting a couple of orders wrong. This wasn't helped by the touchscreen sales machines not providing receipts. The second time through everything was great, although the machine still didn't print an order number slip. Maybe McD HQ needs to figure out how to get the receipt to have less stuff on it, to save paper...Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic sliding door access without the slalom found at some stores. An uncluttered store layout (for a McD) should make access to a table realistic.

Nice McDonald's in a really convenient location just off the A21. Plenty of parking, food was well cooked and fresh and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and the toilets well looked after.There is also a Starbucks next door if you prefer their coffee.A welcome stop on a long trip.

Only been to this McDonalds 2 times once it was Rammed second time it was very quite so I have seen both sides it was nice clean and good was fresh and hot so no complaints

Asked for no pickle so expected a fresh hot burger but what I received was lukewarm at best, even the chips were cold. What a waste of money so glad we were only passing through and this isn't our regular place!
It's McDonald's. If you don't expect too much and you'll not be disappointed. Very average burgers, rarely is the order 100% right and most people can't be arsed to go inside and argue if they've just been thru the drive-thru. It's clean inside usually and the staff are usually good, although nowadays you don't get to speak with the staff much because of faceless "interactive" digital menu displays as you enter. These menu ordering systems can be super frustrating and you feel you need to punch the screen at times, they're super temperamental.

Awful service at drive through will not be coming back again do not recommend to anyone the man on drive through needs customer service training absolutely does not want to do his job also did not refund me on the app after they refused to do my order over the app also charged for an orange juice on two separate orders and both times didn’t give us it. Intercom not working properly, staff says its been problem while!Food cold all of it -?Unable to see what we paid or get contact number from receipt because the ink is running/ran out- now we know why it was screwed up into the bag with food.All in all lack of attention to detail and a poor expensive meal.Parking: lovely

Ordered 1/4 pounder with cheese and extra bacon using app take away, burger arrived with no bacon, or cheese and only a large piece of onion for the salad. Check what you get!
