Average Starbucks. Carpark small and jammed up with vans taking up two spaces even when the shop is empty. Food standard for Starbucks. Tables dirty - staff need to keep on top of hygiene.

It was only 5pm but the staff had already cleaned up the cake section (and just had what remained in boxes on the top unlabelled). When me and my family selected one the sarcasm we received when we got the names wrong was rather childish from the staff. All our drinks were also served in takeaway cups despite us seating in... The staff seemed to keen on cleaning up to go when it was no where near closing time. There also seemed to be one staff member monitoring the toilets and cleaning up after every visit. A very disappointing customer experience.Parking: A bit crammed and some people who were using it couldn't park between the lines.

Ordered 2 cappacinos through the drive through one came with a cardboard sleeve the other drink didn't which burnt my hand when I asked could I have a cardboard sleeve the the young boy told me your not entitled to one as,it's not classed as a very hot drink! Wow I was speechless very rude where as the young girl who gave me the first cappacino a cardboard sleeve she put on the drink.Customer service training definitely needed, Health and Safety?

What a horrible experience. To start driving into a drive thru store for the drive thru to be closed which when entering the building seemed for no reason. Then to have a gentlemen offer no welcome but a “what’s your order” when my partner asked about a particular drink receiving a sarcastic comment in response. After finally taking my order whilst stood waiting we witnessed the female assistant flirting with two men whilst ignoring other customers who then had to question their orders. When our orders were ready they were simply shoved at us and not a warm goodbye or thank you for coming. This was simply disgusting and the lack of customer service appalling. Welldone Starbucks you should be really proud (sarcasm).

Drive thru was closed Sunday morning when we got there after our lake swim. So had to Physically go into the branch. App wouldn't work. Coffee was excellent

Coffee that tasted as if they only used a quarter of the coffee they should, and luke warm. I would have mentioned it, but observed a member of staff provide a dismissive response when another customer observed an issue with the ladies' lavatory.

Visited today and drove through the drive through. They misunderstood my order when I asked for an iced drink which for me wasn't an issue I just politly asked for my drink to be changed. The response I got in return was one I would expect from a toddler. She through the hot drink into the sink and was extremely rude to me. And then the replacement drink she gave me was with cows milk and not almond, so I couldn't drink it due to my intolerance. Disgusting customer service, I would avoid this store for that alone.

Strict 11 o clock cut off so no breakfast. There is no flexibility even though there is a delay on the by pass.

Food was great tasted like normal mcdonalds food but the service was terrible they slammed my food on the table and when they didnt give me my drink they stared at me then again slammed it on the table. I am disgusted with this service.
