Bar • “Filet cooked to perfection! Host seated me even though I was underdressed and didn't have a reservation. Especially appreciated because they were busy. Server was a lil snobby, but I didn't care because my meal was excellent. The wedge salad was unnecessary. Considering the prices of meals, a mixed green salad with toppings would've been more appropriate. Pleasant decor matched the expectations of a steakhouse. Like all English buildings, restrooms are upstairs. Overall the perfectly cooked steakMade up for what was lacking.”

“Deserves its rating as the top spot in Bath. Nice cosy atmosphere and excellent service. We had the beetroot carpaccio to start . Beautifully presented, lovely delicate flavours. Followed by Hake which was fresh and full of flavour. Vegetables were cooked to perfection to balance with the subtle fish. Dessert was poached pear with vanilla ice cream ….divine. Very interesting and broad wine list. If I lived in Bath I would eat there all the time !!”

“Had an amazing stay, unfortunately though too short. My wife and I were truly impressed about the cleanliness of the rooms, high quality services and kindness of the team as well as the amazing view from the rooms. It has nice decor and comfy seating.It was Thursday morning, so it was reasonably quiet when I visited.Went for the Full English, which comes with tea or coffee for £12.50.Service was fast and friendly with everything brought to your table.The breakfast arrived very quickly ?Was given a big pot of tea, which was enough for several cups.Everything on the breakfast was lovely, and the bacon was particularly good ?Clean toilets with interesting artworkThis place is a little walk away from the main shopping streets but definitely worth the small walk, plus there are interesting streets to explore in this area.”

“We've just been to Sotto Sotto for a wedding anniversary lunch.What a fabulous restaurant. It is a unique space that has an intimate beauty. We both had three courses.My wife had the mushrooms to start, and I had the Calamari. The mushrooms were incredible, full of flavour. The herbs used on the Calamari were amazing.I had the prawn linguine and my wife had a chicken dish with italian sausage. Both were full of flavour and really good portion sizes. Beautifully cooked, with quality fresh produceOur deserts were the Semifreddo and panacotta like the other courses. These were very tasty.The service throughout was exceptional. Both waiters were very attentive but weren't stood over you.All in all, we had an exceptional meal, with fabulous service in a unique venue.”
