“We had an incredible time at Rooted. We were a party of 4 - 3 of us ordered the Indian breakfast and 1 of us ordered the Railway Thali. The food was absolutely amazing and the portions were quite generous. The masala eggs in the breakfast spread were heavenly! The service was really prompt and the staff were so friendly and so sweet. Definitely worth a visit, for the food, the ambience and the service!”

“First time in here, and it was lovely. It has nice decor and comfy seating. It was Thursday morning, so it was reasonably quiet when I visited.Went for the Full English, which comes with tea or coffee for £12.50.Service was fast and friendly with everything brought to your table. The breakfast arrived very quickly ?Was given a big pot of tea, which was enough for several cups.Everything on the breakfast was lovely, and the bacon was particularly good ?Clean toilets with interesting artworkThis place is a little walk away from the main shopping streets but definitely worth the small walk, plus there are interesting streets to explore in this area.”

“Great place to grab a fair priced coffee and a good sized slice of cake and watch the narrow boats.”

“We passed by and popped in to view the museum. You feel that history wave as you walk down the stair case. The presentation of the kitchen and baking of the buns is worth seeing. We bought buns at £3.20 and a few other items like magnets and apron. The one thing that was shocking was the price of a long life bag at £10 which we shied away from!Well worth the visit.”

“Best chai latte I've had and best full English breakfast too. The diced tomatoes were a nice touch. It's a short walk from the canal but definitely worth it.”

“I've been a regular here for a year now and have a stellar experience every time I go. Cannot recommend this place enough. The staff are friendly, atmosphere is quiet comfy on the weekdays but lively on the weekends (especially during the pub quiz on Sundays). Amazing food and drinks!!”

“Spacious restaurant with nice decoration and atmosphere, clean and tidy. Was busy when I visited about 11am on a Monday.I went for the Big Breakfast and a pot of tea ?Breakfast was nice although the wait was a little over 25 minutes from order to get it, so not ideal if you are in a hurry.Nice place to meet friends and relax”
