“Stopped in on a warm day to cool down. We had juices with dried orange and lime slices. They had the food dehydrator going so we knew they had dried them themselves! Very thoughtful touch to bring us cold water for the table on such a hot day and to turn the fan on in our direction. Really clean toilets too, just down a steep flight of stairs to get to them! Would definitely go back next time we're in Bath!”

“Absolute gem of a find! Didn't find place in another pub for some beer and great food and ended up here. I've got to say, this is probably the best pub food I've had in the UK. Their steak burger, onion rings, fish and chips, and pie, are absolutely wonderful. Especially the burger - tender meat, soft bun. Each family member loved whatever they ordered. It also goes without saying, they had such friendly service and all the classic beers on tap. Highly recommended!”
