From booking to whole experience absolutely 1st class. Elena was so attentive and kindly kept food warm for late arrivals. Had 5 different meals and 1 kids meal. Service was quick, good size portions and food delicious and hot. 3 generations left happy and well fed. Thank

I came here with my wife on a Sunday afternoon. It was quite quiet and that allowed the staff to be very attentive to our service.We ordered a selection of 'small bites' to share between us. Everything was given to us quickly, hot and very tasty!They accept Tastecard, which gave us a nice discount come the bill time... although a service charge was added without being advised, we didn't mind too much given the good service received...I would certainly look to go again if the chance arises.

Really enjoyed my lunch here the vegan duck stir fry is incredible ? also our main waitress Sarah was doing an amazing job super attentive and very friendly. Food and drinks also came quickly. 10/10 would dine here again and recommend others to do so too!

First time trying out the Giraffe. Absolutely loved it! The food was amazing, fresh, beautifully prepared and plated. Not to mention the decor, style and music choices of the venue.

We asked for a table and there were none available - absolutely understandable. However the attitude of the lady “hosting” was abrupt, rude and hostile. She raised her voice stating they didn’t have enough staff on when I checked the tables that were free weren’t available (they had bookings). Again understandable but she didn’t have to be so rude and effectively told me to go away and said “you are not coming in”. Appalling and disappointing. Clearly not the season to be jolly at Giraffe!
