We were a group of 8 including several children. Our waiter (French gentleman) was really supurb, very friendly, understanding of and kind to the kids and the atmosphere was lovely, friendly and very inclusive towards people with disabilities. We were very happy with our brunch today at The Cosy Club, my husband uses a wheelchair and the staff were very helpful in finding us a table (we had not booked!) they moved chairs so that he could get under the table. The disabled toilet was snug, but he managed. I'm always a little bit lacking in anticipation and excitement when visiting a 'chain' restaurant, almost expecting to be slightly underwhelmed. But visiting for a Sunday brunch, the service was both friendly and efficient and the food was hot, tasty and well presented. So overall I cannot do anything other than recommend a visit. And if their other branches are the sane all over the country I would have no problem in taking those in too.
