Good grub. Decent service. Some of the nest thai food I have had. Some reviews say the staff are racist. This is untrue. My thai Mrs was treated like one of the family.

Food was horrible, staff racist and discriminatory. Notice the demograph who gives good reviews.I was appalled and my Sister didn't know what to do. Even the couple beside us wanted to leave because they identified what was happening. Left a MASSIVE STAIN on my Birthday. Would give a 0 if I could. I guess we need a White person to be treated with fairness, respect & dignity. Oh not to mention they tried to overcharge us. I would've left but by Sister maaannnn. NOT BLACK FRIENDLY. YOU WERE WARNED.

One of the best Thai meals we’ve ever had. Staff are so friendly and accommodating, restaurant is beautifully done, and the food was spectacular. And they even brought out some ice cream with candles for me when my boyfriend told the waiter it was my birthday. A must-go in Bath!

A restaurant with a beautiful interior and friendly service. Similar prices for most dishes (£14-16), portions not too large, but beautifully presented. Unfortunately too salty and too sweet. 10% service fee added to the bill.

I decided to celebrate my 80 th birthday with a family dinner at Thai Balcony which I have previously visited only for lunch. The restaurant was busy but the service was excellent throughout our meal. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and we were all pleased with the delicious food. It was certainly a wonderful evening and truly a birthday to remember
