I decided to celebrate my 80 th birthday with a family dinner at Thai Balcony which I have previously visited only for lunch. The restaurant was busy but the service was excellent throughout our meal. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and we were all pleased with the delicious food. It was certainly a wonderful evening and truly a birthday to remember
Unprepossessing on the outside, but welcoming Thai-style interior. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent authentic Thai food, not toned down to suit a western palate (so watch out for the spicy bits). We ate Thai-style, with four of us sharing a variety of dishes in the centre of the table rather than ordering individual dishes. The food was hot, freshly prepared and served quickly (helpful as ours was a pre-theatre meal). Good value. Thai beers available. We'll go back.

Still one of our go-to places in Bath. Treated like royalty, staff good fun and food always on point. We will keep coming back. Not expensive, meal for two, wine included, £75, excellent value.
