Only stopped for a coffee on our long journey north,the store was clean and tidy, the ordering was easy ( as we all know )the staff were friendly and quick getting our order will use again as we do often.

My burger was like warm came out too quick fries weren't hot neither couldn't eat it I had just finished a 12 hour shift was staying in travelodge not much to choose

Due to sight impairment, I could not use the electronic ordering board. I waited 5 mins to place my order at the counter, being ignored by the staff even though it was not busy. Eventually, a young man asked me what I wanted, but it was obvious he was fed up and not happy in his work. I was made to feel a nuisance and stupid when I queried what I would receive if I ordered 2 main meals. The burgers were not hot and over relishedThe fries were nice. I will not hurry back to a MacDonalds .

From my previous experience, I can safely say I've been to all of the McDonald's in Plymouth at least once and this is by far the most consistent with high quality.We all know how frustrating it is when you buy a burger and it isn't built properly but this McDonald's always hits the nail of the head.It's my local restaurant and I'm always happy with the quality of service and food.Saying that my only negative comment is that the McDonald's (and all others) "Ordering on the App" process for pickup doesn't work in the way a customer would hope. It should give the restaurant adequate time to make the food ready for collection.I've used this service 3 times in the morning for a McDonald's breakfast and everytime I've had to park up and wait at least 10 minutes. (Bear in mind I ordered these 15 minutes prior to arriving). So to save myself time ordering in the morning, I just order through the drive through anyway.
