134 Brent St, Brent Knoll, HighbridgeEnjoyed a really lovely Sunday roast here last week. Couldn’t get in for lunch time as they were fully booked - always a good sign - but went along early evening. I had Lamb and my husband had the Turkey breast. We opted for medium portion after advice from the helpful young waiter as we thought we would like pudding. Wrong! We were deliciously full and couldn’t have done it justice. Vegetables were cooked so well. Plenty of them but not so that your plate was off putting . It was very reasonably priced too. In a lot Of places lamb carries a supplement. Will def go if ever we’re back that way. Thank you.

Sedgemoor Services, South, AxbridgeFood tasted fresh with a good selection. I believe a lady called Charlotte served me late Friday, very nice lady and a credit to the service station. I’ll definitely stop back on my way past in February.

M5 Southbound, Rooks Bridge, AxbridgeEven visiting out of season, the menu choice, service and food presentation and quality of the food were exceptional. We enjoyed our meal with a fine Italian wine that cost more than the food! Dining out (without the wine) is very good value and fresh!
