“Not sure if this is the correct one, but I visited Costa Coffee in the Homeward Pavilion in Clarks Village. I purchased my daughter and myself drinks, which were very good. I also needed a recommendation for a store where I might find socks and undergarments. Natalie was extremely kind and helpful, providing me not only with two recommendations, but the locations. The service was amazing. She also informed me that the toilets close before the stores close, since I told her my daughter and I walked there from Middlewick and hoped to use the facilities after the stores closed before we began our walk back. Natalie went above and beyond. The rest of the staff were also friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service. Please recognize Natalie for her kindness and excellent customer service.
