We have visited many times and the food is always excellent.The staff are always very friendly and helpful and there is always a great atmosphere. Even on a weekday it tends to be popular. We always look forward to our meals and I'm sure we'll be back again soon!

They didn’t forget my pizza that’s a plus, plenty of apple juice in the fridge. Some the employees look a bit miserable, a smile wouldn’t hurt it would make the customers feel a lot better. One of the employees is friendly and polite however, also cute asf which is a win win in this case.
Probably the best Greggs I have visited to be fair, on a plus side not hard to get too, however definitely best if you drive there as it’s a bit of a walk otherwise.

We haven't been there for a few years I remember having the battered mushrooms when I was a kid they are still lovely. The fish was tasty and the battered chips were out of this world. Robin had amazing communication and got all the pizza to us nice and hot! Great options for toppings as well and even catered for our vegan friend with cheese and vegan meat toppings which is such a rarity! Thank you so much and definitely would recommend to any others staying locally :)Vegetarian options: Veg wedge and the porky please (can both be made vegan!)

However, once you get in the restaurant what brilliant and friendly staff. The food although not inexpensive is great quality and very well presented. The wine list is quite limited for a restaurant of this calibre. I would normally given only 3 stars but the staff helped sway me towards 5! Thanks

My recent visit to Elachi in Bridgwater was an absolute delight. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean and tidy the restaurant was, creating a very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for our meal.
The food itself was thoroughly pleasurable. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and cooked to perfection. It’s clear they use high-quality ingredients, and the menu offered a great selection to choose from.
What truly made our evening special, however, was the outstanding service. Our waiter, Jay, was fantastic. He was attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly. He greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel genuinely welcome and looked after throughout our entire visit.
Overall, I can't recommend Elachi enough. If you're looking for delicious food in a clean, inviting setting with some of the best service in town, this is the place to go. A huge thank you to Jay and the team for a memorable evening! We will certainly be back.

Two of us enjoyed the daily quiche, one had the excellent salmon and eggs, and a fourth was very satisfied with the generous portions of the ham salad. We enjoyed a flat white and americano to round out our experience.

43b Eastover, BridgwaterA superb experience all round. This is not cheap frozen chicken this is the real deal! Fresh chicken in their own coating sealed and fried. There are so many sauces to choose from. The goujons were huge tender and juicy and a lot of care was taken in the presentation.
A Lovely lady serving me was amazing and there was a good atmosphere. Clean restaurant but the menus could do with refreshing they were sticky and dog eared. However I will return happily again. Thanks team

I found out they source all of their ingredients from a Brazilian restaurant chain supplier near London. Friendly stuff, clean and tidy location. As I said looks hundred percent Traditional so guys keep it that way. We will definitely return!!

Even after wittering on about not doin’ Pub Quizzes again only very recently One found Oneself in a Pub doing a Quiz yesterday evening??
And it was blimmin’ good fun!!!
The pub in question was The New Foresters in St. John Street, Bridgwater (near the train station) and what a pub!!!
Honestly, from the moment I perambulated in to the moment I floated out on a cloud of happiness I don’t think the rictus grinnage that I pass orf as a smile ever left the ol’ boat…And judging by the facial malaise this morning that WASN’T caused by the usual “Friday Night Boozer Antics of Olde” I think I’m right…Basically, I don’t think I have laughed as much as I did last night for a VERY longtime.
The welcome we received and how we were looked after by the AMAZING Ladies in there was just a complete “WOW” moment; Friendly, Professional, Helpful, Speedy, Caring, I could go on but I won’t as I want You to experience it for yourself!!!
I did have a bit of a shock at the bar…The price of the drinks!!!
PHENOMENAL VFM!!!
And the food…Good, honest, extremely well cooked and…No, actually scrub that last bit…The food was cooked with Love; There’s a real difference there!!!
The menu is fairly short which is always a good sign and has options for all Folks…I mean just look at that M’n’C Burgee…The M’n’C actually had real cheese in it and not a semi melting slice of Crapola Queso slung on it (CQ is fine of course!) The Burgee itself; Bangin’, Fries; Perfect. Simply Perfect. And Garlic Slaw is something that I know I am going to obsess about far too much now.
I don’t think I have ever been in a Pub where the Clientele were sooooo Friendly as well.
A stark difference to Costa Del Milton Keynes!
I just hope that my shock at this was not construed as being a bit aloof or whatnot by all the lovely Folks who spoke with Moi. Thank You & Apologies if it did!!!

West St, BridgwaterMet some ladies for lunch today and the food is homemade and delicious. They had a large party in for coffee so it was very loud and hard to hear my party even though we were sat very close to each other. Very reasonably priced.

Watsons Ln, BridgwaterThe building is a bit run down but the food was OK,. Most of it tasted pretty good but the sausages were not the best. Decent butchers ones would have got the a five. Staff were friendly and I was served quickly.

Even after wittering on about not doin’ Pub Quizzes again only very recently One found Oneself in a Pub doing a Quiz yesterday evening??
And it was blimmin’ good fun!!!
The pub in question was The New Foresters in St. John Street, Bridgwater (near the train station) and what a pub!!!
Honestly, from the moment I perambulated in to the moment I floated out on a cloud of happiness I don’t think the rictus grinnage that I pass orf as a smile ever left the ol’ boat…And judging by the facial malaise this morning that WASN’T caused by the usual “Friday Night Boozer Antics of Olde” I think I’m right…Basically, I don’t think I have laughed as much as I did last night for a VERY longtime.
The welcome we received and how we were looked after by the AMAZING Ladies in there was just a complete “WOW” moment; Friendly, Professional, Helpful, Speedy, Caring, I could go on but I won’t as I want You to experience it for yourself!!!
I did have a bit of a shock at the bar…The price of the drinks!!!
PHENOMENAL VFM!!!
And the food…Good, honest, extremely well cooked and…No, actually scrub that last bit…The food was cooked with Love; There’s a real difference there!!!
The menu is fairly short which is always a good sign and has options for all Folks…I mean just look at that M’n’C Burgee…The M’n’C actually had real cheese in it and not a semi melting slice of Crapola Queso slung on it (CQ is fine of course!) The Burgee itself; Bangin’, Fries; Perfect. Simply Perfect. And Garlic Slaw is something that I know I am going to obsess about far too much now.
I don’t think I have ever been in a Pub where the Clientele were sooooo Friendly as well.
A stark difference to Costa Del Milton Keynes!
I just hope that my shock at this was not construed as being a bit aloof or whatnot by all the lovely Folks who spoke with Moi. Thank You & Apologies if it did!!!
