Dirty, staff not wearing gloves whilst serving food. There is a resident black and white cat that roams in and out.The counter at the front with shortbread etc pre-packed is so full of crumbs first thing in the morning it's as though it's rarely cleaned and the staff do not listen to what you order and get it all muddled up, bar far the worst I've visited

I've got 2 sons that are allergic to milk and egg and the lady kindly pointed out that the pink ring doughnuts don't have either in . Two very happy chappy's now .

I had no expectation when entering here and it lived up to it. Poor selection in the afternoon and what was there looked lame, sad, cheap and low quality made worst when I ordered a pasty and the server wouldn't warm it for me despite there being an oven right behind her plus I'm sure they would have a microwave. I would assume something sitting around in ambient temperatures would benifit from being hot to kill any surface bacteria. Then again what would I know. The server looked angry when I asked for my money back. Sorry no cold, cheap pasty for me I'm afraid. That was my last time at Gregg's I'm afraid . Greggs is convenient for many people, I get that, I guess it's becase they have swamped the market by being everywhere and destoying the competition by offering cheap junk. Sadly these companies will always drive down quality to satisfy their shareholders . With this attitude we will only be left with Gregg's, a well know pub chain and fast food joints. Quality is dead in this country
