so good best subway I've been to in my whole 43 years of living, was starving and moody until I ate my subway

Visited Subway at about 7pm - It was an absolute bomb site inside, looked like there had been a riot before hand; tables were dirty and still with empty cups etc, food thrown all over the floor - Not a problem if they had been busy but there were no customers inside and we’d sat outside for 10 minutes before entering…Staff not too friendly but not rude…Lady made our food then asked if we were paying card or cash, we said card and she informed us that the card machine was not working (despite it being on and connected to the till)…I said that we didn’t have cash so she put our food on the side and walked away saying there was nothing she could do…No sign on the door to say card machine was not working, wouldn’t have been a problem if we had been told when we walked in but to make our food then tell us was a bit annoying especially as it’s just going to go in the bin…Asked where the nearest cash point was and neither staff member knew so we left without food…A bit disappointed as we had been travelling for a while and needed food but you live and learn not to go to Subway in Bridgwater

Almost everytime I go in to this subway they have run out of meatballs and that's all I go in there for, I'm not too bothered by that I can get food somewhere else. However when I asked today the woman serving me said 'we don't have any left' and just stood there silent staring at me, not asking me if I want anything else or apologising and made me feel like I had done something wrong. I have similar experiences every time.

Visited this town centre Subway in Bridgewater for a quick lunch take away, typical set up with about 8 tables in front of the sandwich counter, handwash and gloves were available as you enter. The restaurant was clean, tidy and we'll signed for distancing, the food was well put together and the ingredients fresh, and got a free cookie, service was also good.

Ordered a sub for delivery which was good and delivered in time. The only thing was it has too much sauce which ruins sometimes.

I have just returned from visiting friends with my family and we stopped of in Bridgwater and popped into Subway with our 3 children, one who has allergies and we have had a few problems in the past in other establishments.Anyway as soon as we arrived here what a change, the place was absolutely spotless and gleaming, and this was the middle of the afternoon.I ordered our food and spoke to the Manager Tegan about my son's allergies and she was extremely helpful and polite and sorted out something for him so he could eat with the family. The staff were all happy and smiling and nothing was too much trouble for them.I don't normally leave reviews but felt this time a review was justified.A big shout out to Tegan and her team and I hope your bosses recognise all your hard work

The new vegan, meatless meatball marinara sub isn't bad and is a handy, catering outlet pitstop for plant based consumers on the move. I also like their non carbonated drinks. Prices are competitive and reasonable especially with a promotional offer.

We have used different Subways the years, although Bridgwater's Subway's food is really good, the opening times are not. They close at 6pm and we have gone down at 5.45pm to pick up a quick Subway and although the staff were in their cleaning, it looked closed.

Food that's freshly prepared right in front of you and you can have any combination you like.

average KFC experience, nothing special. the place got re-done but the staff don't clean the place and it's small.
