We were in the area for a wedding and this place was absolutely superb!Turned up on a Sunday evening and we managed to order food which, to say the least, was absolutely fantastic. Great portions and all homemade. Magic.Price wise very reasonable, with fantastic friendly local staff and a jolly good local atmosphere.Ample parking and great facilities.Thank you all for a great time, we will 100% be back!

OMG ordered lamb kebab. You needed a chainsaw to cut it. Sent it back and it was over 20 mins of waiting before I asked how long it was going to be. Chef kept peering through the kitchen door at me. So I said don't bother cooking me another thank you. She cooked 3 meals before recooking mine. I won't be going there again. If I could of given minus stars I would have.

Great find this pub. Dropped in on a Monday evening, we had a great meal and couple of beers. Although surprisingly for a Monday the pub was quite busy, the service was really prompt and friendly.

Didn't eat at the Plough, but had an emergency stop at the bathroom. It was pristine! The ladies' was cutely titled "Plough Girls" and the men "PloughMen". ?There was enough parking too, even on the bank holiday.

Great lunch after walk down Holford valley with my humans Dog treats water bowls and snacks. Oh the human food was by all accounts excellent as well. Met new dogs.

Great pub location and nice atmosphere, although food was very expensive, I had a Stilton burger which cost just shy of 15 pounds with a meagre handful of chips. Was very nice food but at that price I think it should be covered in gold leaf to be honest. Staff were fairly friendly and was quiet at time of dining.

Popped in for lunch and a pint after a nice walk on the Quantocks. There was a warm welcome as soon as we walked in. The staff even brought over a bowl of water & a treat for the dog.I had Belly Pork, potatoes and red cabbage. My partner had Sea Bass, potatoes and green beans. Both meals were absolutely delicious.I will definitely be visiting the Plough Inn again on our next walk.

We were staying in a local Shepherds Hut and found this place. The food wasn't amazing but was perfectly OK so I'd always give a 4. Very friendly staff and a nice location. The locals are always so lovely even to visitors which is why I love Somerset so much.
