Such a lovely welcoming and warm place to eat. The food is sensational and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Felicity looked after us brilliantly, sharing some great insights on the area. A restaurant not to miss if you are in Bruton!Vegetarian options: We always have the pickled vegetables, a great starter every time

Fantastic place to eat. Excellent quality food served with warm service and in a pleasurable setting. We ate at first sitting (6pm) with an infant and the staff were on top form. They made us feel comfortable and were friendly and attentive.Kid-friendliness: Very happy

Really interesting but simple food beautifully prepared and friendly service. Would definitely recommend. Also, no exaggeration, the best dessert I have ever had….and I’ve had a few.

This is the best restaurant in Bruton. Great food, friendly attentive service, charming room. Considerably less expensive than the excellent sister restaurant Osip next door. And more intimate feeling with better food than At the Chapel. Locals’ favourite. Highly recommended.

Sadly very disappointing - and wildly overpriced.Radishes were bitter and tough, carrot salad was bland, crab pasta was drenched in salt and butter, beef portion was paltry and texture/taste uninspiring.Just not worth it when you have At The Chapel two doors down serving much better food for considerably less money, and Osip next door at another level for not much more.

What a great place. The food was incredible, the decor was as you would hope and the wines were accessible and paired well with the food. The guys were polite and helpful, they are rightly proud of what they do and have a kind, friendly manner which adds to such a fun experience. We loved it! A perfect t date night and worth the trip from Bath.

This remains one of our favourite meals in all the UK. Fresh ingredients, delicious tastes on relatively simple meals (maybe not simple to cook). Not overly complicated, just tasty delicious food. Food is seasonal and always has good balance of meats and vegetables. Here’s a beetroot hummus, carrot coleslaw, and some delicious chicken.
