I visited the rosewood last week and was welcomed with a friendly face, her name was Amy i believe. Amy was so sweet and made us feel very well catered for as she pointed out what meals were suitable for us due to certain allergies! Had a really nice meal and service was excellent:) will be visiting again soon, thank you!

Came in for breakfast with Santa, service and food was amazing. Kids loved every minute of seeing Santa and Santa was brilliant with all kids (autistic son felt very included) all in all brilliant morning and will be back next

Met for a family meal. Jamie was very warm and welcoming when we arrived as usual! Mark was fantastic at his job, it was a busy night and Mark just kept those orders flying out of the kitchen. It's always a pleasure coming here as the staff alone make it worth while. Jamie is super friendly yet professional, I think all, restaurants need a "Jamie" ha.
We had a lovely birthday meal for my son’s 9th birthday! Jamie, Jacob and Lorna were all fabulous- bringing our drinks to the table and checking that everything was okay for us. Jamie was able to amend our booking as I needed to add more people on and we had a lovely more private area in the corner which made it really special. He also brought out a cake with candles for our son and the restaurant customers joined in our happy birthday song! Such lovely atmosphere and staff it’s our favourite place to eat out with the kids as affordable and large portions. We want to book again for our daughters birthday in January. We came in today as a group of 11. We were greeted by Jamie with a friendly welcome and seated. Our food came out quickly and well presented by the waiting staff who are friendly with lots of smiles. Great check back times. The atmosphere was relaxing and the area was tidy and clean, nothing was too much. This is a fantastic team and great food and doesn't break the bank either. Thank you to Jamie and team members working this evening for making our meal great!

Thank you Jamie and Jake for a lovely meal again this evening. We've being coming with friends since March this year, usually weekly, and have always had excellent service and food. Going home for the winter but we look forward to coming back in March next year, when our park reopens. We wish all the staff a lovely Christmas New Year.
