On entering, things do not start well. You are greeted by a notice advising that dogs are in the habit of fouling the shop floor. It might be better to clean-up, and simply have a word with the errant owner if possible, rather than announce the "gift" to each and every new customer! You are then shepherded around the entire store, reminiscent of Ikea or Gatwick Border Control rather than being left free to browse at leisure...particularly annoyed if you prefer to first visit the cafe which is situated practically at the exit tills. The cafe itself has a strange system whereby you have to find a menu as you walk through, choose from it as you wait at the till and then hope that your table number has not been taken by someone else when you return to await your food. In our case, quite a substantial wait...for a lukewarm curry that had to be returned to the microwave! It's clearly a very popular garden centre/restaurant and easily accessible from the M5 but could maybe benefit by upping its offering of local produce.

£28 for an afternoon tea, I mean it's a couple of butties and some cake

This place has a guest hub that is not allowing guests to connect. It has been going on for many long months now.It sells high quality products, and has an absolutely wonderful staff. It is the place to go to buy high quality foods (not including fruit and vegetables)There is a Paver outlet recently opened there.Sadly perhaps for some , aspects of their shoes have gone down. They are trying to produce something that looks very good. They look excellent but the operative told me that the smell coming off them is from the glue used from sticking two pieces of material together ,looking good on the outside and comfortable on the inside.Unfortunately while they attain those requirements, the smell which my friend could smell while enjoying a meal in the restaurant could be a toxic chemical for other customers. So beware if you have chest problems or skins that react. Many however may not have either problem and the shoes will provide excellent service.Pavers have a staff dedicated to make sure you obtain the product that will give you excellent service and are dedicated to ensure it the right product for their customers.Electric cars have produced fires in our area producing multiple car fires.Sanders has the ability to recharge electric cars but have had no problems of that kind.Blue Diamond/Sanders is,and always has been an excellent place to visit.Well maintained, with a hardworking ,so pleasant staff, and those who are the supervising element are dedicated to excellent service and 'leave no stone unturned to provide the customer with the right product for their needs.

My husband and I went here for Sunday lunch. We both had the beef. We had 2 big thick slices of meat with a Yorkshire. Lots of roast potatoes, parsnips, cauliflower cheese, broccoli, red cabbage, and carrots. It was a large portion which I was unable to finish. The food was really nice but it was really busy and very noisy.

Lovely garden centre, lots of variety, staff are friendly and knowledgeable.Great “extra” stores - pet shop and fish shops - beautifully laid out and huge selection of items. You do pay garden store prices, so bare this in mind.Toilets are also at the end of the store - you have to go through the entire store to get to them.

This garden centre goes from strength to strength. Huge range of goods and plants including vegetables. Highly recommend.

Another garden centre selling 'other stuff'. Shame, they should stick to garden stuff.

Lovely Garden Centre BUT not dog friendly, we wanted to have lunch but if we did we had to sit outside with our fury friends. Come on Sanders keep up with the other Blue Diamond Garden Centres in the area and have a section for dog owners.Needless to say we went elsewhere for lunch.
