Large, tasty portions of haddock and chips! Friendly staff. Lots of choice for fish, freshly cooked chips were fluffy and not greasy, we will visit again.

This place was an absolute dream for anyone with allergies. My nephew is allergic to peanuts and sesame and we had been into 3 other places asking about allergies and they didn’t have a clue. Where here they have the allergy table clearly displayed and it was such a relief and even more the food was lush! So thank you very much! You have no idea how much it means for a place like yours to exist so my nephew could eat without worryDietary restrictions: Clear display of allergies!!! Amazing!!!!

Chips dry and fairly tasteless.Cod was very nice but very very small. The smallest we have seen.£13.50 for small chips, 1 sausage and 1 very small cod.+40p for dot of mayonaise.Service wasnt great, no smiles.Asked to put own salt and vinegar on but felt we were being watched whilst doing so for how much we used.Didnt accept card. Cash only in 2023 was inconvenient when we had to walk to the bank.

Ordered two fish and one large chips with fish cake and chips and the portion sizes were good and the price very good. Fishcake was crispy, this was the same for the fish, very nice! Staff were very friendly and loved that they were playing a high school musical CD ?. The only downside was that we didn't know we had to put our own salt and vinegar on our food, would've been good to know before leaving. Would definitely come again !

Went in about 7 pm for food, and everything was mostly sold out, so i had a pie and chipsWent to eat it sitting up the sea-front, the pie was cold in the middle, and chips were horrible
Big mistake with their supposed Cornish pasty, destroyed in the microwave and contained a mush that had carrot, absolute sacrilege to the name Cornish, pastry was like plastic too.

Bang on chip shop, I’ve tried the battered fryer, and star fish bar in town, and this knocks em out the park, great deals, cheaper than the rest and the best . Lovely fish & chips

Had 3 portions of chips today and would have to say poor. A lot of the chips were black or bruised and given it was lunchtime you’d expect fresh AND warm food.
