We've been waiting outside along with another group for 15 minutes, turns out they haven't updated the opening times online and they won't be open at all. In 2023 people rely on these things.

Very friendly service, nice coffee and we only had a piece of short bread each that was very nice. We were cyclists and were offered the use of a track pump and they have some spares as well.

Lovely little tea room (actually not so little but appears so from the outside) with great interior decor. I was in desperate need of a proper coffee and it didn't disappoint; great latte and hot chocolate and a very generous portion of lemon cake. Very friendly service, everything brought to you at your table. Will be my first port of call next time we're in Cheddar.

Delicious coffee, lovely food and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Cheese scones were great and the cake was well made. A great stop on our way to Cheddar Gorge!

Such a quirky place. Such a warm welcome felt like we were visiting a friends place rather than a tea shop. The scones were warm and super yummy and there was what seemed like a bucket full of clotted cream and jam! Lots of lovely oldy woldy memorabilia and games etc around. Just lovely.

Our visit to cheddars was a slightly damp one, as the weather was not good, it was made up for by the warm welcome we got at this place, piping hot tasty drinks and a lovely selection of tasty cakes and edibles. Definitely recommend it ?

Popped in for a coffee on our way to visit the caves. We enquired if it was ok to bring our dog in. This was absolutely fine although we would have to sit near the back of the café, brilliant!! Not an issue. We ordered two coffees and some shortbread. Whilst waiting for our order the lady serving came over to our table and asked if our dog would like a treat (does a bear sh*t in the woods!!!:O)) they even had her favourite one there!!! Shortly after our coffee and shortbread arrived, both of which were delicious. The interior of the café is quite quirky (in a really lovely, homely way!!!) and instantly feels warm and welcoming. This coupled with the helpful and attentive staff make this a "must visit" coffee stop for anyone!!!

It's a bit run down, the coffee was average, the carrot cake was some generic mass produced product. But the service was super friendly and they couldn't do enough for you. Proactively ask if we wanted our water bottles filled up. Even went out of their way to find me some salt.
