New gates on the entrance so you can't exit is annoying. Security telling people they can come though this time but next time go though the till area. What are they going to do start arresting people for not going out the way they want.

I love Asda but a highlight of this store is the Pizza counter. You definitely need to visit the counter next time you go.

It's a very large superstore on the edge of town. The layout always seems a bit confusing as internally the store has something of an L-shape. Still it's a big place and if you can't find what you want you probably don't need it.

I haven’t actually been inside as I let my wife do the shopping. My view from the carpark suggests that there are almost definitely things to buy inside and more than likely a way to pay for them. Car park was complicated for a person like me ( bit slow) and I didn’t like the style of the trollies that were left scattered about the car park in a some what dangerous manner. Again, I have NOT been inside the store.

Customer service and care is absolutely rubbish, asking for help on the rewards app.. and then being spoken to rudely and being told to stop and take a breath.. ? all because you can’t get onto the app in the shop as they turn off the mobile data!!!

Went in early to buy our favourite bread but none there plus I wanted an Amazon gift card and was told they no longer sell them .Very disappointing.

Shame lowest you could give is a 1 star and not 0! Shopped here today with other family members doing our own separate shops. Put 12 cans of Prime into a trolley which was for each of us 3 per a customer! (4 adults which are old enough to purchase & consume energy caffeinated drinks) to be racially discriminated and pin pointed out by a lady behind the kiosk, as there was plenty of other white British families doing the same and serving underage kids them! To approach rudely asking if i can read the signage! Which was acknowledge and already being adhered to! Also what if I couldn’t and had a disability like dyslexia what isn’t visible? Poor training and customer service in my honest opinion! Which when she didn’t like my reply she was going to get the manager who come down abruptly telling me we wouldn’t be served them for what reason I do not know! Very unpleasant experience and will not be returning to this or any Asda! Shame on you Asda Frome! Will definitely be taking this further to head office and across social media channels!
Great supermarket on the outskirts of Frome, with plenty of clothes and books as well. A small tech sections is also available at the back if the store.

A great large Asda store - prices are good, the store is bright and pretty spacious and stock is normally good. I've always found the staff to be really friendly and helpful - both in the store and the pharmacy.The store is open late which makes it easy to pop in to whenever and it's got a large car park, which makes parking easy too.One point - quite a few of the freezers look pretty dirty and could do with a clean.Apart from that, excellent store!

I experienced poor customer service way back in January; flagged this in store, staff not helpfull (lost what to do). Hence, submitted complaint to H/O Leeds but, guess what? Still no response in person. Having been a regular customer so disappointed, currently using Sainsbury and Lidl (great staff and helpful!)REF: complaint numbers = 230102-000059 - 230117-006250
