Was recommended this Chinese by friends, i can't comment on the taste as when I cut into my chicken curry the chicken was pink and slimy clearly not cooked . Had to argue with management for a refund who obviously didn't care what he was serving.Never again ,

Attached photo is the left over food that we could not eat because it was either tasteless or unnecessarily salty.My friends and I were waiting two and a half hours for a Chinese delivery from Happy Valley and after an hour we were repeatedly told it was ‘30 minutes’ or ‘ten minutes’ away.Some of our party had ordered a really nice Indian from Namira’s Spice 15 minutes after we had placed our order with Happy Valley, and they had theirs delivered over hour hour before the Chinese was even prepared.When we eventually had our food, the starters were too salty and missing dips, and the mains were tasteless. As other reviews have mentioned, the sauces were gelatinous, but you couldn’t tell the difference between each of the different sauces. Each one resembled beef in black bean sauce.Very unhappy valley.

We chose Happy Valley for a takeaway whilst staying in the area. Nearly 3 hours later and several phone calls spent chasing the whereabouts of our food! When the food arrived it was incorrect and inedible. The person on the phone was incredibly rude and wouldn't listen to our complaint. We were promised a refund and then ignored that fact and offered £10 then £20 which wasn't even half the cost of what we paid. Don't pick this chinese restaurant.

Only good thing generous portions we had special curry and lamb curry tried to tip out of container on to plate both Currys flopped out in one big blob no liquid just a big powdery blob you could tip your spoon upside down and nothing would fall off also the ribs was so dry even in the sauce you had a job to eat them I allways usually use china capital and wish I had tonight

Order took 1h 25mins to arrive. Customer service was appalling kept getting told it was out for delivery after 30 mins of it being sent out. Delivery driver was rude and unprofessional. Food was mediocre at best definitely not worth the frustration
