Should've gone to McDonald's!Although the menu above the counter listed the vegan burger it wasn't on the automatic ordering system.Trying to speak to a member of staff took ages. They didn't seem to understand until someone else took over who said they haven't sold them for months.Ended up with a meal of rice and corn on the cob (which also wasn't on the automated system) very dull.Toilets were awful and obviously never checked, the females in the group said there's was covered in wee and no staff checked on them.Vegetarian options: Menu board displayed the vegan burger but it wasn't available. Even the fries aren't vegetarian

This KFC is what you would hope for in a KFC. It's not a part of my staple diet however it's reliable and the staff have always done right by me.

Hit or miss experience, generally good. I generally just use the drive through and most times it's a super fast and easy process which tops all other KFC branches I've been to (and I'm almost ashamed to admit that I've been to a bunch).However, there are times that staff simply don't give a damn, which I've noticed is an issue across the franchise. Their scanner or system seemingly develops a fault when you want to redeem a reward in the app. Food was missing from the order a few times so I've started to check the bag before driving away to the tune of a big sigh that comes from the window.

Well what could I possibly say about this particular KFC, ?We ordered a small family meal,6 pieces of chicken,3 portions of chips ?Gravy and coleslaw,Bottle of Pepsi..The female member of staff who served us, knocked the Bottle of Pepsi over, didn't apologise,I had to ask for the paper cups for the drink,Our food arrived in a takeaway bag,Decided to eat it in the car as the atmosphere was much nicer!!I think the food had literally been thrown in the bag,The top wasn't on the Gravy, it was everywhere,The chips and coleslaw were tasteless,I didn't realise that KFC Chicken could be tasteless ,But sadly this was the case,What a waste of what could be an excellent place,Perfectly situated,Nice spacious eating area ,Shame about the seriously poor attitude of the staff,Tasteless food,It is what it is, we would never eat here again!!

A few months a go I visited this KFC the Gents was closed.Visited a few days a go and they we're closed again ! the Staff said they had reported the Issue but have heard nothing back come on KFC this Is not acceptable.Geoffrey Urch.

Every time I use this branch the order is wrong whether it’s chips missing todays with Ubers eats my hot wings are missing clearly listed on order list not in bag. No one answering the phone so I can not register they are missing I will be contacting Kentucky ref the poor standard of
Please DO NOT COME HERE!!!The place is incredibly dirty. The sole of the shoe will stick to the floor, and the toilet and the smell there will amaze you in a terrible way. The tables will be ALL dirty and no one cares about it. Being in this place is disgusting, but the staff does not consider it a problem. I absolutely do not recommend it…

Worst fast food experience ever! Dirty bathrooms, sticky floors. Male toilet was closed. No forks or spoons available, spilled my drink, received zero empathy from manager. Highly not recommended.

This place is an absolute cesspit. The tables are sticky and new get wiped down, floors sticky and disgusting. Food all over the floors.It’s also absolutely boiling in there as-well!We ordered, took nearly 45 minutes and then it was wrong. So went back several times to get everything sorted and i mentioned to the staff why is the place so filthy and they said “it was management and they are run off their feet”

The staff and owners should be ashamed of how dirty this place is. The toilets can’t have ever been more than swept. I can’t believe staff can walk around and not do anything about it. Really is unbelievable to see management like this in these times. Walked in walked straight

I feel it gets a bad rep but they really do try their best! I’ve never had bad food there…sometimes they forget the odd bit but no place is perfect! A lot of young kids in there and they have a lot of staff turn over so it can’t be easy!
