All Mc Donalds suffer the same problem these days of being over subscribed. Getting your food is a pain. But what food! Tastes awesome and is brilliant value for money. And the coffee is as good or better than any coffee chain you can mention. Mc Donalds we love you!

Food was fine, what for me ruined the whole thing and wanted me to give such a low score Is the jumped up little man of a manager who was awful to a member of the team. Whether or not she did anything wrong is a moot point, the way that man shouted at her is beyond disgusting. How there is any staff when they are treated like this is beyond belief. Will not be going back.

Food and service is fine but this McDonald’s has such a stressful parking arrangement when it gets busy!! Some of it overlaps with the drive thru so good luck getting out of your space when that’s busy!

Did an online order for collection, I'm glad I did as when I arrived the place was heaving. But give the staff their due, they were quick to get though the orders, my order was correct and the food was hot. It's Maccy D's, we all know what to expect. Staff were constantly clearing tables and tidying up. They even offered to clear my rubbish once I had finished.

Yet again for the umpteenth time our food was incorrect / missing when delivered. I understand it gets busy but when this is a regular occurrence I think management need to be looking into sorting out the problem staff.

Twas ok, only grumble was the double bacon egg mcmuffin which wasn't as described, it was a single bit of bacon folded twice ? manager told it was a double until he actually looked at it, then got a proper double replacement ?
