The team are so nice, polite and really want you to enjoy your pizza- piping hot. I normally collect our pizza and the team are happy at work.

Not sure why this store is still open if they seem to never deliver food??? Ordered on Thursday and never received my order and no refund and no explanation to why they didn't bother to deliver! Luckily just eat gave a refund but surely this isn't how papa John's would want a takeaway to be ran...

Ordered online. The food never arrived. Spoke with 2 people in the shop who mugged me off and ignored my calls to resolve the issue. Horrendous service and customer support!

I have ordered for delivery 2 times now, both times I have been left waiting over an hour for my food. When phoning papa John's to ask where my food is. She was not helpful at all. The website states that the food has been delivered when it hasn't. I'd choose dominos any day over papa John'

Never tried papa johns pizza before and will never try it again! From this store, eating nothing all day after a hard days work, I didn’t have time to cook so I ordered a delivery, Timing was not a problem and the driver was great. However, The next day I was feeling awful, pains in my stomach with a headache, vomiting and diarrhoea. Usually have a cast iron stomach but I’ve been in bed for two days straight. As a trained chef myself, I am ill, shocked and disappointed at the lack of care to my food. Disgusting !

Have only used this place for collections but that’s always been prompt, the pizzas have been really good and there are decent offers to be had for collections in the app. But definitely deserves better than the 1 star overall rating it currently has at the time of writing.
Swear down these guys like to put your pizza in the fridge before they send it out for delivery.Ordered a Philly steak XL, and poor thing looked like it had survived the first Gulf war.
