my food got delivered had to wait about 40-50 minutes but it always arrives hot and tasty. I really enjoy the chicken poppers if you haven’t tried them you’re missing out they are one of the best thing on the menu. Even got free garlic sticks

Order recived after 1h and 45 min and they forgot my juice (3 pepsi 1,5L each) when i call, they says i will recive my juice in 1h.So if you think you have long time for waiting is your choice.

The service was not especially friendly, but efficient. The food was ready on time and piping hot. I tried the philly cheesesteak pizza which was disappointingly bland. The toppings on all 3 of our pizzas were not generous at all. Not good value for money and I can't imagine I'll be returning any time soon.

Do not waste your time going here. Had an hours wait for 2 pizzas and side. Pizzas lacking flavour, potato tots were undercooked and just not worth the wait

They messed up our order so we were promised a free pizza as a form of apology. Called them to claim this and the guy said we were no longer in the catchment area and had to place an order online for the pizza to be delivered to us? I then said that sounded like he was lying and he said ‘yeah I am’ and refused to pass me to a manager

It showed so much promise when this place opened- pizzas were way nicer than the other local pizza chain, but have gone downhill rapidly- pre made bases and stingy toppings, delivery takes ages and the app is a flat out lie, tells you the pizza has been delivered when it hasn't even left the shop. The experience was so bad I'm tempted to go back to D*m! n*s!!

Last two orders have not been satisfactory. Former order I received chocolate brownie instead of the cookie I’d ordered. My most recent order was ridiculous as they got 1 of the 4 items correct. The pizza was right and tasted good but I received brownie pieces instead of cookie again, chicken nuggets instead of tater tots (did taste nice but was not what I’d ordered) and my partner’s dessert was completely missing. Will not be ordering from the Glastonbury branch again for a while
There is supposed to be a buy one get one free deal on collection. I confirmed this twice. Pizza was cooked and suddenly I couldn't have the deal as I had stuffed crust instead of thin crust? I asked them twice beforehand , and would have been happy to pay the difference. Feel ripped off, the pizza was greasy, bad customer service and a couple of hours after eating, I have a dodgy stomach. AVOID this place. I think that most of the positive reviews are from friends of the owners. I'm sure there are far better places in the town

Ordered All The Meats pizza, garlic cheese slices and Choc chip cookie. Delivery service impeccable, on time, guy polite. Food was hot and excellent. The only dominoes i will be handling from now on are the tile based gaming ones!!

Showed as deliverd 2 mins after out for delivery when I'm 10 mins away from store and still not turned up 45 mins after ordering, won't be using again

I had a pizza shortly after they first opened and it was decidedly average, yet my daughter's rave about them. Tonight I needed up going there as a choice of last resort. It smelt great, but all 3 pizzas all had the same issue they were undercooked. My daughter was visiting and she agreed this is a bad branch riding on the shirt tails of the brand. The offer of free replacements is not really a useful offer, we were hungry enough to eat bad pizza. Love how owners respond positively to all compliments and ignore the complaints on Google, speaks volumes about them. Why they insist on us emailing someone else rather than dealing with the complaint themselves is to just make it harder for the complainant, typical low customer service.
