“We came down from Cardiff to visit family in Chard and we stopped by this nice spot in Ilminster. It’s a halal place with lovely staff who gave great recommendations. The chicken tikka and lamb biryani were both delicious, served with tadka daal and poppadoms. The atmosphere was really nice—great music, warm lighting, and a vibrant bar area. Takeaway was ready in under 10 minutes, with cutlery provided too! The staff who served us were Bangladeshi and they were so excited to know we were Bangladeshi too!”
