I have just popped into the Horton Cross garage as I noticed that one of my car headlamps had gone.The 2 gentleman that were serving this evening around 2145 could not have been more helpful. They were both amazing. I was unsure which bulb to get. They new exactly which one it wasI was unable to get the bulb out and one of the gentleman took out the old bulb and put the new one in. I am so grateful for these 2 gentleman's support and kindness. Thank you so much

Had a terrible experience yesterday (Sunday) around 5’ish at Shell - Horton Cross, was there to get petrol and experienced unwelcoming racism from the middle aged man working the till for literally zero reason, this is simply not acceptable and I’ll be taking this further

I would just like to express my Gratitude to Tony, whilst waiting to be rescued for 4 hours.... he went out of his way to make me feel safe, and let me loiter in the shop to keep warm, and kept an eye out for the taxi to take me home after my car was taken away.He is a credit to you and the Shell Brand.Such a lovely Man, the way he is with Customers is amazing, they love him.Please pass on my thanks to Tony, really appreciated his kindness.Thank you,

Tony was so helpful today from the Ilminster station, my mums car run out of oil and we had no idea what to do, he helped us find the right oil and even checked to make sure we had done everything correctly. Absolute credit to the company and cannot thank him enough for his help!
Absolutely disgusting attitude from a member of staff a complaint to the manager will be going in. Not away to treat a customer that was about to spend a £1000 on diesel to fill my truck up. Then the attitude from one member of staff just lost out as I told to shove his fuel where the sun doesn’t shine and went elsewhere.

Always used to be competitive on fuel (Diesel) prices, but visited on the 23rd May 2021, they were 4p a litre more that other local garages in the area and 8p a liter compared to Shell in Exeter!
