Lovely food, I had the eggs Benedict and my husband had the 8 items breakfast. Had a good pot of tea too. We ended up taking a piece of tray bake each for our journey back to Lincoln. We have been here several times now and are never

Our first visit to this place and I can guarantee it won't be the last!!It's quirky & fun inside, not the biggest place and not over many tables, better for that because you're not rubbing elbows with those sat at the table next to you!!The food was amazing too, an astonishing breakfast selection is available, lunches are tasty, plentiful and very well cooked. As they point out in there....they don't serve fast food, just good food as fast as they can, and the old adage that the best things in life are worth waiting for certainly holds true here!!There is a cake selection too, which is very extensive!!As I've mentioned in other reviews elsewhere in the country.....don't walk past, walk IN, you won't regret it.I would suggest that given the size of the property it does get very busy at times, so if you're looking to do something special I would book well in advance, especially for Sunday lunches!!

Stopped here for a brunch. Enjoyed a delicious fried breakfast in a cosy setting. Was quite busy and seemed a bit slow at first, but then very friendly with second waitress good fun and no real wait with the food. Chocolate and mocca very good indeed and the cakes looked great, though we didn't try them. Only preference would be buttered toast included in breakfast. Otherwise excellent.

Stopped in for a coffee and snack. I had a cappuccino and my husband had a bacon baguette and a Americano coffee. The bacon baguette was £9.50 and very small but lovely bacon just not enough. The coffees were over £3 each which is average these days but they were small cups . The service was poor as the waitress kept being called away by another Waitress or manager. The food took a long time to arrive., but the waitress was very pleasant and apologised. Also it wasn't very busy. .

Fabulous place to go to. Had a delicious Afternoon Tea, served on beautiful bone china. Such a lovely friendly atmosphere. Totally recommend .

Just awful, poor food, slow service and missed drinks from the order. Cream tea without any tea served? Beyond me! 2 coffees ordered, only 1 served and food arrived a bit at a time, first to arrive my bacon baguette, then my daughters cream tea less tea and 15 minutes later my wife was served with her cheese scones. Avoid the place it’s hopeless and chaotic.

Quite a busy place but food, service and hospitality is great. Recommended.

Nice friendly and efficient service, great selection of cakes and nice coffee. The breakfast menu looks good enough, but unfortunately distinctly sub-average food in terms of quality and presentation, underdone poached eggs and untoasted muffins lessened my dining

What a lovely little place. We stopped for a late lunch for a panini. The food was great and Lin who served us was extremely welcoming and friendly.

Excellent. 2nd time we have been in here. Great range of food from breakfasts and mains to a fantastic range of cakes.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was freshley cooked when ordered. What we were happy about it was open sundays. We had berkfast every day for a week. We had one evening meal which was very good. it's a very popular cafe with the locals.
