Great customer service. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant area was really clean and regularly attended to by the staff. We stopped here for a quick bite to eat, but it was off-peak so hard to judge the atmosphere when it would be busy. There is indoor and outside seating. Customer toilets are also available that we're found also to be clean. Local parking options nearby, We used the pay & display multi-storey behind Keynsham Civic Centre & Library.

I was served by the friendliest staff member Maz. She had incredible customer service and created the most delectable sandwich I have ever eaten, I have never eaten a sandwich that has beaten its quality. Gorgeous, modern and clean shop. It was an amazing experience.

I have not one bad word to say about this incredible subway. The owners of this franchise were so welcoming and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I am a very indecisive person and take a while ordering, they helped me decide and did not rush me. The dining area was very clean aswell!! I had a lovely experience. The hot chocolate was fantastic!!!! 100% recommend, brilliant experience and truly lovely people.

Usually I don’t like to leave negative reviews as I believe they show an unfair depiction however this store has merely offered an apology and a refund of one 6 inch sub after I was given a meat product although I am vegetarian. After taking one bite and immediately spitting it out I was sick for the rest of the day. Additionally my partners meat in their sub was still frozen…. We complained and had to wait a while for a reply and all we were offered was a refund for the offending item. Out of courtesy most fast food outlets usually offer a complete refund or even a replacement meal. They are lucky for me it is a lifestyle choice opposed to an allergy otherwise the outcome could have been far worse.

Just a Subway. But what a Subway! I got the warmest, friendliest welcome I've had in any shop in years. ALL the staff greeted me. They sold their products with enthusiasm and good nature. Brilliant! Well done!

I have to post a review about this store because I'm flabbergasted at some of the 1⭐'s people have posted.My son,(extra olives &double cheese) loves the staff at this subway. I have been in a few times to get his subway and they know me because of his order. They are very kind, very polite and always give him the extra he asks for.I filled out a review from the website on the receipt, and they read it. The next time he went in, they gave him a footlong instead of his usual 6".Correct me if I'm wrong but does that sound "rude, impolite or disinterested"?In my experience the sort of people who leave 1⭐ reviews because of some misconceived slight, and possibly do hardworking people out of business, are rude, sad and impolite themselves.The staff are lovelyThe food is fresh and plentyful.Don't pay attention to the 1⭐'s.

Staff barely speak the local language "English" it really is key that the worker understands how to communicate if you work at subway clearly the manager here didn't get that memo

Amazing service 10/10 was delivered food by one of the workers after my uber eats delivery was missing items he had come in his own car and delivered my nachos by himself what an amazing guy

Visited this Subway for the first time on Wednesday as I am a regular Subway customer but found this particular Subway that staff were very rude, even slamming my change down on the counter. I asked for a knife and you would have thought I asked for the world. Also the filling in my sandwich was very substandard and disappointing. Not a very pleasant 1st visit. I will NOT be visiting again. What a shame for the Centre of a lovely place like Keynsham.

Always a frequent customer. Shahab is the manager and is always very friendly and helpful. I don’t know what these bad reviews are from because I’m here almost every day and always great food. Never a problem. Always a clean restaurant too never any complaints from me!

Every single person that mentions the so called manager "Shahab" was told to leave a good review as they are his friends. He is extremely rude in person and told us to get out after not saying please for extra peppers on the sub as he only put one thin slice of pepper on. I feel bad if he has a wife as she probably only gets his "thin pepper slice" but alas.
