3-4 Market walk, Keynsham, BristolWas staying in the area a couple of weekends ago and was walked in on a whim to have an evening meal without booking. Genuinely one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was so welcoming and comforting - you could tell it is well loved in the area. Me and my fiancée love Italy and the food here really is very authentic.

The calamari was light and cooked to perfection, we all enjoyed our meals and some fantastic service, will not hesitate to return!

Loads of outdoor seating for warm days (shaded). No Sky/TNT sports shown, however it’s the sort of pub you don’t need it because everybody is open to a chat and a laugh. Only downside is that the male toilets are in need of a do over. Great pub, best in Keynsham & surrounding areas.

Somer Dining
The Chocolate Quarter, Trajectus Way, KeynshamWe visited Somer Dining for Easter Sunday lunch and had a really lovely experience. My husband ordered the lamb and absolutely loved it—he’s a fan of the fattier cuts, so it was right up his street. I went for the chicken, which was cooked beautifully and full of flavour.
The vegetables are served separately, which we both appreciated. It meant my husband could happily load up on extra potatoes while I enjoyed more of the veg—perfect for two people with very different plate preferences.
The staff were friendly throughout, and the manager even came over to check that everything was okay, which was a really nice touch. Despite how busy it was, everyone stayed welcoming and attentive.
For dessert, I had a chocolate sphere, which was not only delicious but really creative in its presentation. My husband had a delicious lemon posset. There was a little wait for desserts because of how busy the restaurant was, but the team let us know in advance, so we didn’t mind at all.
Overall, a lovely Easter lunch and a great experience at Somer Dining.

8-9 Market Walk, Keynsham, BristolPart of the Lounge group, this is an ideal venue for relaxed and informal dining. High chairs for kids, plenty of room around the tables too. Service was slow but, to be fair, it was Friday night and busy. Ordering via the QR code direct to table highly recommended (essential).

Regardless they still serve up a good batch of Chinese food with a smile/friendly service. Singapore Noodles and satay sauce or Sezchuan Chicken are my favorites ! :D .
