“We called by mid-bike excursion to refuel with coffee and I’m so glad we did. The atmosphere, the service, the coffee, everything’s excellent but the star of the show was the chocolate Guinness cake, which was outstanding! Not frustratingly sweet and with a perfect dense but not heavy texture, topped with a good ‘head’ of creamy icing, it actually tasted deliciously of Guinness, surprising considering that most cakes touted as a certain flavour don’t live up to expectations. Very impressed, we’ll look forward to a repeat visit. Have a great season!”

“We’ve walked past the cafe loads of times when we’ve been in the area on holiday but today we decided to go in for breakfast. We ordered a bacon sandwich, cinnamon swirl and a full cooked breakfast. The food was delicious, really well cooked, nice options and very good value (£11 for 2 people for food and drinks). Would highly recommend!”
