Just writing as a bit of concern really and looking for answers. Was at wetherspoons with a few friends and the mrs (i am designated driver so was not drinking) and towards the end of the night was stood out the back bit outside talking to a few friends with a coke in my hand.I heard someone shout but didnt think much of it then saw the new female bouncer walking towards me shouting " i know you heard me, no drinks outside" i explained to her i didnt hear her then she proceeded to make a weak attempt at intimidating me by saying i have a attitude problem and then she was getting closer almost trying to cause a problem.Very disgusting the way several people in spoons have been treated tonight by this female bouncer.Honestly quite disturbed and wondering what company they work for as would like to make a complaint as was infront of everyone was quite frankly was very embarrasing

Called in while on holiday last week. Looked really nice from the outside but when you enter it’s like a big old room that echoes quite a bit. I know Wetherspoons generally lack atmosphere but this took it to another level. Bar lady was acting like it was a chore to serve me and the toilets smelled strongly of

Your typical wetherspoons, cheap and cheerful ?

There was slight issue with the food that came out but this did get rectified very quick. If you order the tikka masala. Check whats in the rice. Didnt look appertising but then found out it was clumps of seasoning all stuck together.Even the staff were puzzled by it.

X 3 Small Sharing Plates for £17.75. We had 6 small cocktail Sausages. 4 Chicken Strips and Nachos that were made by someone anorexic. What a piss take! Never eating in Wetherspoons again!
