Great costa friendly staff gemma really stood out apparently new but didn’t show any nerves. Coffee was quick hot and absolutely what I needed to start my day. Pouring happiness into lives. Good luck in your new job.

First impression of both staff with long hair over the food........one staff member scratching her face and mouth then going to serve food. Not very hygienic at all. I thought basic food hygiene is a must in all eating places.
Awful tasting coffee recently. Really bitter! Noticed it yesterday , noticed it today . Took the coffee back and explained it was not drinkable to be told “ok” no replacement offered. As a customer who went in that costs store nearly every day, pretty poor!!

At a time where there is an ever present shadow of a pandemic hanging over us, we would hope that places such as this would ensure their facilities were hygenic. These certainly weren't. A shared male/female/disabled toilet, there was liquid on the floor around the base of the toilet. The toilet seat was wet, there was no toilet paper and the sink was dirty. It was disgusting

Asked for a Vanilla latte, the two lads that were there were more interested in making jokes got the order wrong and then told me I ordered the wrong thing... Been a Costa customer for many years. Worst experience of all of them. Go to the one in Nailsea Square much better

Me and my partner came into your store for drinks to go I ordered an iced mocha and my partner ordered an iced latte (both large) we was told they only had a small size in to go so we chose to have it in as that wasn’t much on an issue we sat down to have our drinks shockingly the iced mocha tasted like coffee grounds and the iced latte tasted bitter so we just up and left in all honesty from this experience McDonalds does better coffee.
