It was great to stop off at one of my old drinking establishment growing up. Took the kids in for a bit of lunch, friendly staff, quick service and all clean and tidy. POI Cutler and the Wurzels cut their 1st record here.

Food quite cheap. Pensioner's special £6.99 for two courses. I had fish and chips. The fish was cooked to perfection with lovely light batter. The pub could do with a makeover though.

It was good for watching a football match and take some beers. Just the bathroom needs improve with smellers

Pub is dirty and stank of weed, and the staff look like there on harder stuff, service terrible, toilets disgusting also, would not return, what a waste of a lovely pub

Great place for a cheap and cheerful Sunday roast, turkey was so juicy, very impressed. Shame that it was so quiet in there though, a Sunday lunch time and the football was on and yet only a handful of people, definitely deserves more visitors.

Three of us went for a pre-booked 1 pm slot for Sunday Lunch. At 1.10pm I ordered 3x Beef Sunday Roast dishes. As far as I could see only 1 other table (of 4) had ordered food. After an hour I asked how long the food would be to be told it's being plated. After 10 mins I asked again. After 10 mins it arrived. It was tepid and bland. It was not bad enough to send back but a really boring plate of food. Perhaps I shouldn't expect a good Sunday Roast for £11.99 - but I do expect better than this.

A proper, old fashioned Somerset pub with a great selection of cooked food, ciders and beers.

Visited for some lunch over the weekend! Lovely pub! Was recommended the Toasties by the staff! They weren’t wrong! Delicious! Will definitely be back again! :).

Proper pub with friendly atmosphere, nice bar staff and reasonable prices. Plenty of screens for sports. Nice beer garden. Kid and dog friendly.
