Stopped for a quick lunch one Friday just as the new Autumn/Winter menu has been launched. This is the chicken schnitzel and battered hake garlic ciabattas with a side of fries. We were a little worried about having enough time to eat but this arrived promptly. The food was very tasty although there was a little too much garlic in the bread. Good place for brunch! Though, no smoked salmon and poached eggs which is what I really fancied!! And no eggs Benedict! But there is a lot on the menu and what I did have was also very nice (effectively a fish finger sarnie)Also had a home made smoothie which was good, but one of the group had a lemonade and did not like it much

I had the crab ciabatta and my husband had the hake version. Both were very tasty and well cooked only criticism is that there was too much salt on the chips. The service was good much better than the last time I visited 2 years ago. We will be returning.
