This is my local - and favourite Indian restaurant. It never misses. The food is delicious and they offer vegetarian and gluten-free. Dining-in the staff are friendly and the decor is nice, and take-away is just as good!

Random choice, as been stuck in traffic on M25, then M4, then M5, and wanted to eat somewhere not on a motorway services! Only a few minutes from M5 and pleasantly surprised. Good food, good service and pleasant decor.

Frequent take out / delivery from SG, today I decided we would eat in (sorry Sam the delivery man), beautifully clean restaurant, music in the background suited us, service was top notch, Laura advised us well and we numbed down on every bit of the “tender pieces of chicken. Chilli paneer is the best in the area for sure. North Indian Garlic Chilli Chicken was to die for and chicken jalfrezi was cooked to perfection. Mack & Collie wine was absolutely lovely and they now do Thatchers Gold which suited my other half. Thanks guys, here’s a Scottish phrase from us to you …. LANG MAY YER LUM REEK ….. google it, BW, Moira & Gary.

Great place for an early earning curry.

The lamb shashlik and saag paneer I had were both fantastic and very well balanced to be enjoyable individually. There is a more of a modern vibe than other Indian restaurants.

Don't look at the menu online and choose before you go because you'll be disappointed as some of the dishes are not on the restaurant menu. Having said that. The food was lovely, succulent meat dishes, flavourful veg dishes. Service was great. Atmosphere is a 5 thanks to catching up with family after 6 years. So much laughter. Toilets were very clean and decorated lovely. The slimming world poster on the door made us all laugh. Highly recommend.

What can I say? This is simply the best Indian restaurant I have ever been to. I've been visiting this one since I was 14 years young and I've always enjoyed it. Also, the garlic naan bread here is served with it's only homemade garlic butter and it is absolutely unbeatable!!! 100% recommended this place! The staff are kind, friendly and cannot do enough for you either!

Excellent food served in a tucked away rural location. We travelled over 25 miles from our “anniversary base” near Yeovil as the reviews were so good. Food did not disappoint. Best keema naan I have ever had, curry dishes were well flavoured and portion sizes were generous. If it wasn’t a 220 mile round trip from my home it would be my “local” for sure! Parking is a bit challenging as there is none at the rear or immediately adjacent to the property on a main road.

We pot-lucked this restaurant as staying near by. Good website with online booking and menus. The staff were very welcoming, accommodating and attentive without being too fussy. We were able to take our time and relax and catch up in a relaxed atmosphere. The food was superb. The chef clearly know thier onions and the 3 main dishes were as described, aromatic, balanced flavours, very well presented and delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. Would even consider making a detour here with family if travelling the M5. I don't often give 5 stars as I hope it will be even better next time.

Great service. We were stuck for somewhere to eat on a Saturday night and they got us in. Poppadoms and chutney tray arrived quickly. Onion bhajis were more like flat patties and lacked crunch but they were nicely spiced. We had a good butter chicken, korma was nice, lamb biriyani and chicken dhansak all decent restaurant staples. Naan was hot with a good lather of ghee. We left full and happy.

We had yet another great take away yet again from the Spice Gallery last night. Ever since 2006, when it opened, we've been eating great food from the Spice Gallery, either in the restaurant or as take-aways, and the food is always of the same great quality. Definitely the best Indian food for miles around. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and the menu ranges from house specialities to the old favourites. Highly recommended - give it a try.

Amazing food the veg tasted so fresh it was so nice to eat a curry where they hadn’t used frozen veg, lovely service I’d definitely recommend
