Waited around 20 minutes for take away. So not fast food. During that time, watched one server constantly yawn; another walk around aimlessly; although he did stop for a while to have a passing conversation with Little Miss Yawner. Absolutely appalling. Whoever manages this place should be sacked for incompetence. Ordered at 8:30pm on Sunday 8th May. Come on Welcome Break. Come on KFC. I have given you the time and the date. You know who they are. Ordered uber eats 30mins ago. 10 pieces of chicken missing from a family feast. Was advised i will get a refund in 10 days. That doesnt help, I'm still flipping hungry now. This isn't the first time it happened. couple of months ago when we last ordered there were missing items also. But thought will give it another go as was hoping the first time was a one off. But they obviously still haven't got anybody working there that can read a ticket correctly. Its not rocket science...read full review
Brought a meal tonight , cost £31.72, got home to find half the order missing and part of another order wrong . Tried phoning , left 2 messages , and another option to speak to kfc , nobody bothered to pick up the phone . Disgusting service at the counter and after by customer services and kfc
